MAIN HOUSE ALPSPITZCHALET 32
The main house has three bedrooms (high quality boxspring beds) with flatsceens and two bathrooms with rainshower (one with additional bath tub) and bluetooth sound system. In the basement is a sauna with infra red therapy, separate shower and recreation area with a sink. In the ground floor the building offers you a generous living room with open kitchen and dining area. Outside you have a 300m² garden with a big terrace, lounch area, open fire place and barbeque. You have high speed Wifi in all areas of the house but also several possibilities of ethernet connection. You have a separate closed garage (maximum hight 1,80m) with charging point for electric cars and two outside parking spaces. The complete recontruction of the house was finished in February 2021.
This house is ideal to spend your holidays with 6 persons but on demand there is the possibility to put an extra baby bed for smallest children.

APARTMENT AUSZEIT I
This apartment is located at the ground floor of the building (right side) and has a nice terrace facing south-west with a gorgeous view on the mountain panorama (esp. Alpspitze). The garden shed can be used together with the roof apartment for storing bikes, skies and other stuff (three loading points for E-bikes). The apartment has two rooms and a separate entrance area (for parking a stroller etc.). One room is a combined living room with sleeping area (1,60m high quality boxspring bed) and flatscreen. The other is a combined kitchen, dining and sleeping room (separated from the kitchen with a glass door) with a 1,80m double bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath tub and one with rain shower. For your car you have one separate parking space on the ground. You also have Wifi in all areas of the apartment.
This apartment can be booked for a maximum of two adults and two children.

APARTMENT AUSZEIT II
This apartment is located at the roof floor of the house. It has a nice covered balcony facing south-west with a gorgeous view on the Alpspitze. The garden shed can be used together with the ground floor apartment for storing bikes, skies and other stuff (three loading points for E-bikes). The balcony is connected to the modern kitchen with dining area and a double pull out couch. The kitchen is equipped with a Bora cooking field, a oven/microwave combination and dish washing machine. Here you also have a flatscreen TV with internet connection and Wifi in all areas of the apartment. The bedroom has a high quality boxspring bed (1,80m) and enough space for an extra bed for small children. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bluetooth sound system and a big roof window.
The apartment is ideal for to persons. It can be booked for a maximum of two adults and two children.
